Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every quotation, order and dealer arrangement placed with Sharma Interiors ("we", "us", "our"), trading as SDecors. By submitting an enquiry, placing an order or signing a dealer agreement with us, you agree to these terms.

Quotations and pricing

Quotations are prepared based on the measurements, specifications and quantities you provide and are valid for 7 days from the date issued, unless stated otherwise on the quotation itself. Prices are subject to change after this period, particularly for materials with fluctuating input costs such as UV marble sheets and wooden flooring.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once we receive your written approval of the quotation and the agreed advance payment. Wholesale and dealer accounts may operate under separate payment terms set out in the dealer agreement. Full and final payment is due before dispatch unless we have agreed credit terms with you in writing.

Product representation

Images, renders and samples on this website and in our showroom are representative of the product range. Actual color, texture, grain and finish can vary between batches; see our Shipping and Delivery page for details on batch and color variation.

Custom and made-to-order items

Window blinds cut to size, printed wallpaper, book-match panels and other items produced to your specifications are manufactured only after order confirmation. See our Returns and Cancellation page for how this affects cancellations and returns.

Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of use, loss of profit, or delays caused by site conditions outside our control.

Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, photography and product renders, belongs to Sharma Interiors or its licensors and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from an order or this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Terms in force at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
